Sometimes even the most seasoned mariner needs a refresher. This 90-minute refresher class in our brand new Quest dinghies is designed for people who understand the basics of sailing but may have rusted their rudders a bit.
SUP Fitness: Whether you’re new to stand up paddleboarding or already an expert, having upper body and core strength will add endurance and balance to give you extra confidence. Session will start with an introduction to paddleboarding and a short paddle journey. The class will blend cardio, strength, flexibility, and balance into a fun total body workout. Each session is approximately 75 mins.

Boating In Boston is excited to be partnering up with SUP YO and their instructors this season for some absolutely excellent SUP yoga classes that will be sure to have you hooked and back for the next one.
Looking to get out and paddle, but don’t know your aft from your anchor? This 1-hour class is geared toward first-time kayakers looking to get acquainted with the water. Our seasoned instructors will go over boating safety, equipment, basic strokes, and maneuvers to get you pointed in the right direction. Classes are capped at 8, so you’ll have plenty of direct instruction to learn the basic skills you’ll need to navigate the high seas, or at least our local lakes, rivers, and reservoirs.

Come learn the fine art of SUPing (Stand-Up Paddleboarding)! This 60-minute class goes over basic water safety, how to launch and dock, how to stand on the board, proper stroke form, and all the necessary techniques in between. By the end, you’ll be surfing it up. It’s a great way to get your sea legs!

No disability should prevent someone from enjoying the water. Join us this summer for 1 hour sessions on the water. Our trained and friendly staff will provide assistance where needed both on & off the shore, and we have all sorts of amazing equipment to make kayaking more accessible for all. Sessions include all equipment, life jacket, boat, and instruction both on and off the water. Sign up requires 1 chaperone for each participant.

This class will not be teaching you how to sail, but instead refreshing some minor questions and ensuring you are confident using the boats and equipment we have.
